Does anyone know if u have to make a contribution to the sg bbs?

Cause it says you can make a contribution, but do you have to? i dont have a credit/debit card to pay money to it, in fact i havent got any money *must find another job, lol*

so do you have to pay? if not i will join up and join a few of ya over there!!

No, you don't have to pay a fee at all. I think the donation is set up, and I think most websites that host message boards do this, is so that if you wish to donate some $ it will go towards taking the ads out, or the pop-ups out, for a period of time.

Sorry if that message confused you, no it doesn't cost ya a dime to join us over there [img]smile.gif[/img] As Laurie said, we have a community chest set up so that if people DO have some spare change, they can help contribute towards keeping the SG BBS ad-free and keep some of our fun features like Sticky Posts and stuff [img]smile.gif[/img] Donations are more than welcome but purely on a volunteer basis! [img]wink.gif[/img] Usually people donate about 10 bucks, which is fine because every dollar counts! [img]biggrin.gif[/img] Reminds me, gotta make a post soon reminding people we need a bit of help to renew for 6 more months *chuckle*
